What you'll do

• Operate an industrial dishwasher
• rinse and hand-wash dishes as needed
• maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment
• clean food preparation areas
• follow sanitation and safety procedures
• store clean dishes and utensils
• load or unload supply deliveries
• sort, stack, and deliver clean dishes
• remove trash
• perform opening, closing, and side work as directed
• clean floors, mats, restrooms, and exterior areas
• report dish machine temperatures below safety standards.
