What you'll do

• Handle data center leasing and colocation agreements, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate due diligence and title review, secured real estate loans, commercial leases, and financing transactions
• manage closings and transaction workflow from start to finish
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• manage multiple matters and provide client service.
