Lead Swim Instructor and Deck Manager

The Lead Swim Instructor and Deck Manager role is onsite and part-time in Frederick, MD, with pay of $25 per hour. What you'll do

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults, including swimmers starting at three months old
• take lead-instructor responsibility and assist the aquatics manager and business owners
• follow the school curriculum to support safe, competent lessons and environment
• maintain relevant certifications
• complete required aquatics training and testing
• work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Why this role

Extensive training is provided; strong swimming skills are a plus and can be taught; lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are preferred but may be obtained during training; evening hours are 4–7 p.m. and weekend hours are 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
