What you'll do

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan
• build relationships with law enforcement leaders, public safety executives, government officials, and other stakeholders
• lead prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, procurement, negotiations, and closing
• understand agency needs and procurement processes
• partner with business development, marketing, and solutions engineering
• navigate RFPs and budget cycles
• build a professional network through meetings and industry events
• maintain pipeline, forecasts, and account activity in Salesforce
• identify ways to improve territory performance.
