What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• answer calls
• book, change, and cancel appointments
• check guests in and out
• customize guest massage experiences
• answer service and product questions
• promote services, memberships, and retail offerings
• process payments and follow cash-handling procedures
• open and close the boutique
• maintain a clean, stocked, and organized environment
• restock retail displays
• support massage therapists with room resets and supplies
• communicate guest, staff, operational, or safety issues to management.
