What you'll do

• Oversee hotel departments including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Housekeeping
• lead and develop department heads
• maintain Hilton and DoubleTree standards
• develop budgets and capital plans
• manage revenue, profitability, expenses, and hotel assets
• partner with sales and revenue teams
• monitor guest satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
• oversee employment-law, safety, quality-assurance, and risk-management compliance
• and serve as liaison among ownership, management, hotel operations, and community partners.
