What you'll do

• Assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on garbage trucks, roll-off trucks, recycling vehicles, and other fleet equipment
• perform basic oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and filter replacements
• help identify minor mechanical issues
• inspect fluids and vehicle components
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• use and care for tools and shop equipment
• support emergency roadside repairs and service calls as needed
• follow safety policies.
