The Assistant Manager, Wingstop Restaurant Operations role is onsite in Tracy, CA. Compensation is $22.00–$23.00 per hour. The role supports the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, leading team members and helping maintain brand standards. It contributes through hands-on front- and back-of-house work, team coaching, guest service, and attention to food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts
• direct, coach, and support team members
• provide guest service and resolve concerns
• assist with hiring, training, and onboarding
• maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• perform opening and closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, and reporting
• monitor inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management
• maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• work in front- and back-of-house operations as needed.
