What you'll do

• Assist with oversight of two full-service kitchens under the Food Services Director or Assistant Food Services Director
• take charge of the kitchen and supervise three to six cooks on a shift when the directors are absent
• provide meals to camp residents and staff
• meet food production quality and safety guidelines
• lead and mentor teen and young adult staff.
