What you'll do

• Collect cycle-time information and develop and implement improvement ideas in production and warehouse logistics
• apply Lean concepts to production and part-delivery systems, including e-Kanban, pull systems, and one-piece flow
• support improvement activities for OEE, FPY, scrap, and other KPIs
• develop and document procedures for new products and processes
• identify critical process parameters
• document spare parts and determine minimum and maximum levels
• support engineering documentation and qualification for new products and processes.
