Hourly Shift Supervisor — Delta Sky Lounge

What you'll do

• Direct associates during the shift
• train employees and create work schedules
• evaluate performance and recognize or address performance issues
• prepare production or sales reports
• ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• serve as a contact for employee complaints or time-off requests
• may mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement.
