What you'll do

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding
• administer HR technology systems and employee records
• manage benefits, training, policies, and employee support
• advise supervisors on personnel matters
• support employee relations, investigations, workers’ compensation, and offboarding
• prepare workforce reports and metrics
• recommend process and system improvements
• coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives and lead the District’s DEI Committee.
