What you'll do

• Provide remote and in-person customer support
• visit client sites to install services, troubleshoot, repair, and assess IT needs
• install and configure computers, phones, printers, networking devices, and servers
• track NetFire-owned hardware and leased equipment
• assist with warehouse shipping and receiving
• participate in training
• collaborate on service improvements
• follow up with customers
• update technical documentation
• operate company vehicles and maintain vehicle organization and supplies.
