What you'll do

• Provide daily clinical and operational oversight of autism services at an assigned center
• lead and support evidence-based ABA services
• ensure clinical protocols and treatment practices are implemented with fidelity
• support staff development, training, and clinical competency
• partner with leadership on strategic planning, quality goals, productivity, and cost-effective operations
• promote a safe and supportive environment
• monitor program quality and identify improvement opportunities
• provide direct clinical services as a BCBA when needed.
