Sales Representative - No Experience Required

Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 per year. The Sales Representative is an onsite role based in Dellrose, TN. This role exists to manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities through referrals and leads. The representative will also supervise team performance, mentor new members, and contribute to overall agency growth and leadership development.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Track daily field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM.
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and leadership development efforts.
