What you'll do

• Review provider documentation and medical records for risk adjustment requirements
• identify and document coding information related to HCC
• perform code abstraction and coding quality audits
• discuss coding and documentation with physicians
• analyze audit findings and provide feedback
• maintain knowledge of coding and compliance updates
• recommend process improvements
• train and mentor staff
• support projects and provider meetings.
