Donation Services Associate

What you'll do

• Greet customers and answer product questions
• assist with unloading donations
• handle and sort donated items
• inspect donations and determine quality for sales-floor placement or shipment
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized donation entrance and parking area
• follow opening and closing procedures at remote sites
• stock supplies
• track donation levels and report when trailers are full
• assist drivers with loading and unloading when necessary.
