What you'll do

• Create and maintain a welcoming arrival experience
• build relationships with residents and families
• address and document service concerns
• oversee concierge station operations and staffing
• route calls and provide information
• coordinate packages, dry cleaning, lost and found, directories, keys, and mail services
• screen visitors
• notify Public Safety in emergencies
• and hire, train, coach, and supervise the Concierge team.
