The Caregiver – Home Care Aide (HCA/CNA) role is in person in Seattle, WA, providing care in clients’ homes. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. No Worries Care provides in-home care to support clients’ safety, comfort, and independence. The caregiver assists with daily living, monitors and documents client needs, and follows care plans while supporting clients and families. The role includes one-on-one care and helps people remain engaged and supported in their home environment.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• monitor and record vital signs
• provide medication reminders according to care plans
• prepare meals and support individual dietary needs
• support clients with memory care and cognitive impairments
• use assistive devices for safe transfers
• observe and report changes
• perform light housekeeping
• document services
• support social activities
• follow safety, CPR, first aid, infection-control, and HIPAA practices.
