The role supervises staff, coordinates coverage, supports individuals’ health and welfare, and maintains program and service documentation.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations at assigned sites
• supervise and develop staff
• ensure adequate staffing and substitute coverage for 24/7 ratios, including emergency backup
• support person-centered services and regulatory compliance
• participate in Life Plan meetings and oversee staff action plans and service documentation
• coordinate with nursing staff
• communicate with families and neighbors
• oversee medication administration, individual finances, petty cash, site safety, maintenance, community integration, incident reporting, and required records.
