What you'll do

• Maintain participant confidentiality
• provide shelter coverage and building security, including at least four walkthroughs during an 8-hour shift
• provide crisis and follow-up counseling, support groups, referrals, and telephone information
• assist with emergency financial assistance and compensation claims
• follow up with law enforcement regarding the Lethality Assessment Program
• support residential service plans and track beds and participant files
• assist with cleaning, household tasks, facility checks, and assigned office work.
