Line Cook is an onsite, part-time role in Great Falls, VA, with day and evening shifts available. Compensation is $19–$24 per hour. River Bend Golf & Country Club serves its member community through dining outlets and banquet service. The cook prepares menu items to the club’s recipes and daily prep needs, coordinating timing with other kitchen operations. The role helps deliver consistent member and guest dining while maintaining food safety, clean work areas, and properly stored ingredients and leftovers.

What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and stocks using standard recipes
• inventory and set up the station
• coordinate order timing with kitchen operations
• requisition supplies and report expected shortages
• maintain and clean the station and equipment
• store reusable leftovers with covers and dates
• follow food safety rules and closing checklists
• attend kitchen meetings and hold food safety certification.
