What you'll do

• Execute daily prep and production schedules

• keep the commissary clean and audit-ready
• support inventory counts, ordering, and cost/labor tracking
• follow and contribute to recipe standards and ideas
• identify process inefficiencies
• monitor equipment condition
• track production and waste
• relay operational handoffs to the Commissary Manager.
