What you'll do

• Oversee center operations, financial performance, maintenance, scheduling, sales, events, and customer service. Recruit, onboard, train, evaluate, and develop coaches
• lead staff meetings
• and coach students using the center’s curriculum for children from walking age to approximately 11 years old. The typical schedule includes four weekday shifts and one weekend shift, with hours based on center needs.
