What you'll do

• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
• resolve unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
• file appeals and process refunds when appropriate
• assist patients with billing and insurance questions
• maintain knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures
• work claim edits, validations, and clearinghouse issues
• maintain confidentiality and compliance
• support team workflow and complete additional duties as assigned.
