What you'll do

• Use a Math curriculum to teach content including Algebra, Geometry, or Calculus, preparing students for AP and collegiate coursework.
• Support students in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Foster confidence and engagement with mathematics.
• Cultivate the ability to construct and justify arguments using reasoning, vocabulary, tools, and postulates.
• Build a community of self-guided learners.
• Work with the Math department to determine academic and engagement goals.
• Meet weekly with principal/coach to analyze student work.
• Learn and implement strategies to differentiate instruction.
• Build positive relationships with students and partner with families.
• Engage in professional development and coaching.
• Participate in school-wide meetings.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree.

Experience

1-2 years experience preferred.
