The Front Desk Concierge, Member Experience role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The role supports QNTM Fit Life’s gym members and guests by providing a welcoming, helpful experience from arrival through departure. The concierge greets and assists members, answers calls and questions, and handles administrative and point-of-sale tasks. The role also helps maintain clean, stocked facilities and follows gym policies and procedures to support smooth daily operations.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally
• assist with their needs
• understand gym classes and services
• answer and route phone calls
• file agreements and consent forms
• process past-due payments and update billing or contact information
• perform cleaning and locker room checks
• stock inventory
• process point-of-sale sales and balance the cash drawer
• follow gym policies and procedures.
