What you'll do

• Own cash reconciliation across patient and insurance payments
• align Stripe and Candid totals
• trace unreconciled checks and ERAs to resolution
• size and sequence the backlog and execute a reduction timeline
• onboard and oversee virtual assistants
• build and maintain reconciliation SOPs
• oversee payer and patient refund workflows with controls
• partner across MNT, new bets, and enterprise
• identify workflow and automation improvements.
