What you'll do

  • Support academic and enrichment programming, including literacy, mathematics, and STREAM activities
  • provide small-group instruction, tutoring, and homework assistance
  • assist with classroom management
  • supervise students during transitions, meals, and activities
  • collaborate with program staff and school-day teachers
  • support project-based learning, arts integration, cultural enrichment, and youth development
  • track attendance, collect data, and report for program accountability
  • build positive student relationships
  • participate in required training, staff meetings, and professional development.
