What you'll do

• Perform rapid pediatric assessments and triage by acuity
• monitor vital signs, respiratory status, cardiac rhythms, and changes in condition
• administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and emergency interventions
• respond to pediatric emergencies and trauma
• coordinate care with physicians and the emergency team
• provide age-appropriate education and emotional support
• document care and follow infection control, patient safety, and emergency care standards.
