The Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Full-Time) is an onsite role based in Danville, NH. This role exists to provide coaching and mentoring to students in elementary, middle, or high school settings. The incumbent will work closely with teachers to improve student attendance, academic performance, and behavioral outcomes through 1:1 and small group support.

What you'll do

• Work with identified students 1:1 and in small groups
• Develop literacy and/or math skills
• Create and implement a behavior management system
• Develop interpersonal skills
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress
• Support whole school initiatives
• Conduct extended day and virtual programming
• Lead events recognizing student growth.
