The manager will lead the sales team, manage financial products, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience and achieve business objectives.

• Manage sales and F&I operations, analyze sales trends, forecast financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, lead and mentor the sales team, and utilize digital tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
