• Manage full-cycle recruiting

• partner with plant leaders on hiring plans
• recruit through job boards, referrals, events, and community outreach
• conduct English/Spanish candidate communications
• maintain ATS data
• build candidate pipelines
• support employer branding and onboarding
• track recruiting metrics
• ensure hiring compliance.
