What you'll do

• Plan, document, and implement individualized lesson plans using research-based curricula
• use child assessment data and developmentally appropriate experiences
• maintain required child and program records
• conduct screenings and assessments
• complete home visits and parent-teacher conferences
• implement emergency and medication procedures
• actively supervise children and maintain ratios
• coordinate referrals with Family Advocates
• support parent involvement
• supervise and monitor teacher aides
• comply with Head Start and childcare licensing standards.
