The Experienced Automotive Technician role is onsite in McMinnville, OR, on the first shift. Compensation is $25–$39 per hour. The technician works in a Carvana vehicle reconditioning center, where vehicles are inspected and prepared before reaching customers. The role exists to diagnose and repair vehicles across makes and models, from routine maintenance to complex engine and electrical work. Completing reliable repairs helps prepare vehicles for customers and supports Carvana’s delivery commitments.

What you'll do

• Perform general to complex repairs on vehicles, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work
• diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles
• repair wheel bearings and axles
• service climate-control systems, including air conditioning and heater cores
• work with tools and safety equipment in a production environment.
