What you'll do

• Perform general operating maintenance, service, and repairs inside and outside the facility
• maintain scheduled and unscheduled systems including HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords
• respond to resident repair requests involving plumbing, electrical, heating, and light bulbs.
