What you'll do

• Answer customer questions
• provide customer service and receive parking payments
• facilitate traffic flow through gates
• give directions and provide information about nearby locations
• control traffic at entrances and exits as needed
• report accidents, policy violations, hazards, unusual occurrences, and spills
• count starting cash
• secure cash and coupons
• make change, issue receipts or tickets, and reconcile shift transactions.
