The role supports production quality and quantity through machine operation, inspection, program correction, and routine equipment care.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate assigned machines with little or no supervision
• obtain and change tools, collets, gages, and fixtures
• read work instructions, GD&T, and blueprints
• inspect parts using measuring equipment
• diagnose and correct machining programs
• maintain machines, tools, and work area
• keep required records
• assist in training operators
• operate multiple machines as needed.
