Production Line Team Member – Second Shift

Job overview

The Production Line Team Member works onsite in Milton, PA, on the Monday–Friday second shift from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; pay is $16.50–$22.50 per hour based on skill level and experience. ColorCoat applies paint and coatings for window and door manufacturers. The role supports production by preparing, assembling, inspecting, and packaging window and door units. Team members work across assigned production areas, follow safety procedures, maintain quality and pace, and stage finished units for shipping.

What you'll do

• Disassemble window and door units
• lift and stage units on carts
• label components
• move carts between work cells
• clean, prepare, and mask frames and components
• inspect surfaces and remove material using approved tools
• report defects
• remove masking after inspection
• clean glass
• reinstall seals, screens, and other components
• reassemble and package units
• scan and apply labels
• stage finished units and apply banding or strapping as required
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
