What you'll do

• Oversee service technicians and coordinators across assigned branches
• coordinate schedules, dispatch, and contract execution
• resolve escalated service, scheduling, and personnel issues
• participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• monitor branch profitability, billable hours, and technician utilization
• review jobs for safety, quality, financial, and delivery standards
• report operational status and risks
• travel regularly to regional branches.
