What you'll do

• Prepare patients for procedures, perform preoperative assessments, start IVs, and provide discharge instructions
• recover patients after general anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care
• provide direct care across pre-, intra-, and postoperative phases
• document in the EMR
• maintain cleanliness, sterility, and equipment functionality
• follow aseptic and safety standards
• initiate emergency protocols as needed
• mentor staff
• collaborate with the Surgery Manager on equipment and supply needs
• monitor patient conditions and communicate changes.
