The Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney role is onsite in Dallas, Texas. Salary is $225,000–$310,000 per year. Direct Counsel is recruiting for a leading global law firm’s Financial Industry Group. The associate represents borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, managing workstreams and helping move matters from inception through closing. The role combines transaction drafting, negotiation, due diligence, structuring, and client advice across a range of real estate asset classes.

What you'll do

• Represent borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions
• handle mortgage, mezzanine, construction, and acquisition financing matters
• draft, review, and negotiate loan and security documents
• assist with structuring, due diligence, and closings
• manage transaction workstreams
• advise clients and coordinate with attorneys across practice areas.
