The Metal Stamping Press Setup Operator / Die Setter role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Pay is $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and setup capabilities. EBway LLC manufactures precision-stamped metal components for industrial applications. The operator prepares and changes stamping presses, installs and aligns dies, configures coil-feeding systems and press parameters, and verifies first-piece and ongoing production quality. The role supports safe, efficient production while protecting tooling and reducing downtime and scrap.

What you'll do

• Perform complete press setups and changeovers
• interpret production travelers, setup sheets, blueprints, and control plans
• select, inspect, install, and align dies
• set up coil feeders and material guides
• adjust press parameters and feed pitch
• produce and inspect first-piece samples
• conduct in-process inspections
• troubleshoot press, tooling, and feeding issues
• complete production records
• maintain organized work areas and communicate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room personnel.
