Director of Engineering

This technical leadership position guides the software engineering organization, owning architecture, engineering management, quality engineering, and test automation. It helps the team deliver secure, reliable products and improve engineering practices in partnership with Product, Cloud Operations, Security, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead engineering priorities, ownership, and operating rhythms
• coach and develop engineers
• guide architecture across web and mobile applications, APIs, integrations, microservices, and event-driven systems
• partner on roadmap planning and delivery tradeoffs
• oversee quality engineering and risk-based test automation
• collaborate on cloud reliability, observability, DevOps, and CI/CD
• embed security, privacy, resilience, and compliance
• advance responsible AI and automation use
• improve delivery predictability, productivity, technical-debt management, and roadmap outcomes
• work with vendors and engineering partners.
