What you'll do

• Prospect and close new business through outbound sales
• build and manage customer and partner relationships
• maintain a sales pipeline in CRM tools
• secure new accounts and expand existing relationships
• quote and negotiate rates
• identify strategic partners
• coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery
• provide customer and partner updates
• resolve issues
• maintain accurate CRM records
• conduct daily phone, email, and text outreach
• collaborate with operations and leadership
• contribute to the Columbia office’s sales culture.
