What you'll do

• Conduct home visits
• engage children, parents, and caregivers toward permanency goals
• identify and coordinate medical, dental, educational, and mental health services
• prepare court reports and testify at hearings
• ensure court orders are followed
• maintain case files and notes
• build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• gather information for case planning.
