The role helps project teams develop budgets, solicit and evaluate bids, and improve estimating accuracy through cost-history and project-completion reviews.

What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design-development, and construction-document estimates
• manage bid documents and solicit subcontractors and vendors
• prepare work scopes and bid packages
• review plans
• prepare quantity take-offs and cost assemblies
• maintain cost-history data, bidder lists, and estimating templates
• assist with contract and purchase-order awards
• and support life-cycle cost analysis and value engineering.
