RAs build relationships, respond to concerns and emergencies, complete assigned administrative work, and participate in an on-call rotation with evening and weekend coverage.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with residents
• support community engagement and referrals
• plan at least four programs per semester and assist with at least two Campus Town programs. Assist with building opening/closing, room condition assessments, inspections, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Participate in on-call rotation, evening rounds from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., incident response, weekend office/package coverage, and approximately four to five hours of office coverage weekly. Complete reports, attend training and meetings, and uphold Campus Town policies.
