What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by enforcing policies, procedures, standards, training, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing team performance
• supervise shifts and manage operations in the General Manager’s absence
• assist with administrative duties, evaluations, scheduling, and financial objectives
• coach and train employees
• ensure speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality.
