What you'll do

• Manage property administrative and financial operations
• oversee rent records, collections, invoices, vendors, and reporting
• supervise, train, and schedule staff
• handle resident complaints and applicant decisions
• oversee applications, lease renewals, and move-ins
• coordinate service requests and apartment turnovers with maintenance
• inspect units and support resident satisfaction and retention.
